How to access Electronic Team Sheets (ETS)


This page provides you with everything you need to know about accessing the ETS for a Match using Dribl.


How do I access the ETS for a Match?

Electronic Team Sheets (ETS) refers to the preparation and completion of Team Sheets digitally using the Dribl smartphone app.

When you accept an appointment, the match will appear on the Home Page in the Matches view.

From the Home Page (Matches view), simply navigate to the date of the match to access the ETS, then:

  1. Select the Match you wish to access.
  2. Press the ‘Match Sheet‘ tab.

You will notice that the ETS is split into 3 sections:

  • Pre-game;
  • Game; and
  • Post-game

What information is completed in the Pre-game section of the ETS?

The Pre game section of the ETS is where all of the pre-match information is to be completed, which includes:

  1. Selection of the Team Officials and Players for the Home Team;
  2. Selection of the Team Officials and Players for the Away Team;
  3. Referee Check-in; and
  4. Selection of Officials (e.g Club Vested Official, Non-accredited Referee).

What information is completed in the Game section of the ETS?

The Game section of the ETS is where all of the pre-match information that the Referee has recorded during the Match is to be entered, which includes:

  1. Entering any yellow cards, temporary dismissals*, and red cards issued;
  2. Entering the goals scored during the match**;
  3. Entering the half-time and full-time scores; and
  4. Entering the substitutions that occurred during the match***.

 

* Applies to NPLM, CPLM and NPLW matches.
** Not required for Junior Leagues matches.

What information is completed in the Post game section of the ETS?

The Post game section of the ETS is where any post-match administration must be completed, either by the Referee or a Team Official, which includes:

  1. Completing any send-off reports, incident reports or field reports;
  2. Completing a forfeit request*; and
  3. Completing the Matchsheet.
