Capital Football offers a thriving community football scene with both Women’s and Men’s State League and Masters competitions.
With five divisions playing on Sunday in Women’s State League and one dedicated Masters division, there is a level for everyone within the Women’s structure.
In the Men’s competition there are twelve divisions playing across the weekend, along with a new mid-week masters competition played on a Wednesday night.
Canberra boasts many State League clubs. Some are linked to Premier League sides, while others form stand alone teams. All member clubs offer their players a unique playing atmosphere and contribute to an eclectic and vibrant competition.
Capital Football is piloting a Temporary Dismissals program in the Capital League & Capital League Reserves competitions in 2018.
The International Football Association Board (IFAB) has approved the use of Temporary Dismissals and is supported by FFA.
A Temporary Dismissal will apply to players who commit an action of dissent by word or action and will be punished by an immediate suspension from participating in the next part of the match.

Men’s and women’s community league semi and preliminary finals will be held late August, with grand finals to be held in the first weekend of September.
