This strategic and hands-on role leads infrastructure planning, government relations, advocacy and funding initiatives that support the sustainable growth of the game.

Working closely with government, clubs and community stakeholders, the role is responsible for developing infrastructure strategies, policies and planning frameworks, securing grant funding, advocating for investment in football facilities and supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects. The position also provides guidance to clubs on facility development opportunities and funding pathways.

Capital Football is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead the promotion of football across the ACT and surrounding regions. This broad and influential role is responsible for driving marketing, communications, sponsorship, media and event initiatives that enhance engagement, grow participation and strengthen the profile of the game.

Working closely with clubs, partners, media, volunteers and internal stakeholders, the role leads the delivery of marketing campaigns, content creation, sponsorship activation and event promotion, while also managing one direct report and external service provider. The position plays a key role in supporting major events including Kanga Cup, Finals Month and other community football initiatives.

Capital Football is seeking a highly organised and proactive Performance Programs Coordinator to join our Technical Department. This role plays an important part in supporting the delivery of athlete and coach development pathways across the ACT and surrounding regions.

Working closely with the Technical Director, the Performance Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administration, logistics and operational requirements of representative teams, performance pathway programs, camps and coach development initiatives. The role also supports stakeholder communication, program reporting and the day-to-day administration of the Technical Department.
