Finance Coordinator

Capital Football is seeking a hands-on Finance Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role based in Deakin, Canberra.

This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper or finance all-rounder who enjoys owning the day-to-day finance function. You’ll be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and monthly reporting, and will work closely with our CEO and external accounting contractor to support budgeting, forecasting, compliance and sound financial processes.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive and collaborative team that values initiative, reliability and practical problem-solving, and you’ll play an important role in supporting the sustainability of football across the ACT.

Competition Coordinator (Futsal)

Capital Football is seeking a Competition Coordinator (Futsal) to support the delivery of Capital Football’s futsal competitions across senior, junior, social and school-based programs. This hands-on role plays an important part in ensuring competitions are delivered smoothly, safely and consistently, while also supporting the ongoing growth of futsal participation.

Working within a small, collaborative team, the Competition Coordinator (Futsal) works closely with venues, referees, clubs, schools and internal staff to coordinate competition operations, manage registrations, respond to enquiries and support key events such as Futsal School Cups and Kanga Cup. The role balances planning and administration with on-the-ground coordination, particularly during peak competition periods.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organised, practical and enjoys working with people and systems in a fast-paced sporting environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering positive experiences for participants across all levels of futsal.
