Marketing and Communications Manager

Capital Football is seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the promotion of football across our competitions, programs, and community initiatives.

This hands-on role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies that enhance the visibility and reputation of football in the ACT and surrounding regions. The successful candidate will create engaging digital and media content, manage relationships with local media and community partners, and ensure consistent, inclusive brand representation across all channels.

Integrity Manager

Capital Football is seeking an experienced and values-driven professional to lead the delivery of integrity, conduct, and disciplinary functions across football in the ACT. This role is central to ensuring our game is safe, fair, and inclusive – where every participant, from grassroots to elite, can enjoy football with confidence and respect.

The Integrity Manager will be responsible for embedding Football Australia’s Integrity Framework and Capital Football’s Behaviour Standards throughout the organisation and its clubs. The position oversees complaints and investigations, manages disciplinary and appeals processes, and provides expert advice and education to support good governance and positive behaviour across the football community.

We’re looking for someone who can combine sound judgment and professionalism with a genuine passion for building a culture of integrity, respect, and accountability. You’ll work collaboratively with Football Australia, clubs, and volunteers to uphold the values that make our game stronger – on and off the field.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the ongoing growth and integrity of football in the ACT.
