Capital Football is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for players, coaches, officials, volunteers, parents and spectators. Football Australia’s Member Protection Framework and Integrity Framework set the standards for how concerns are raised, managed and resolved.
If you have seen, experienced or been told about behaviour that may affect someone’s safety, wellbeing or the integrity of the game, please report it.

Capital Football is committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently. To enable us to properly assess and respond to your complaint, all required fields must be completed and sufficient detail provided.
Incomplete forms, or forms submitted without the required information, contact details or supporting evidence, cannot be progressed and may be returned.
If you have concerns that a child or young person is at immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services by dialling 000 without delay.
If you have concerns about the safety, welfare or wellbeing of a child, report them directly to Child and Youth Protection Services (ACT) on 1300 556 729 or via childprotection@act.gov.au.
Reports to child protection authorities are separate to this process and should not be delayed by completing this form.
For operational, team, competition or club management matters, clubs must be given the opportunity to assess and resolve concerns in the first instance.
Participants are encouraged to raise these matters with their Club’s Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) or relevant club official before escalating to Capital Football.
However, concerns relating to safeguarding or child safety may be reported directly to Capital Football and do not need to be raised with a club beforehand.
Matters submitted to Capital Football that are more appropriately managed at club level may be redirected.
Clubs are expected to work collaboratively to resolve issues through clear and respectful communication.

A formal complaint must include all required information, sufficient detail, and the complainant’s contact details.
All formal complaints are assessed in accordance with Capital Football’s policies and procedures. Following assessment, Capital Football will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include no further action where the matter does not fall within its jurisdiction.
If you do not have sufficient information to lodge a formal complaint, or wish to remain anonymous, you may submit an incident notification.
Incident notifications are not treated as formal complaints and may not result in a formal investigation or outcome. They are recorded for monitoring purposes and may be reviewed if further information becomes available.
Anonymous submissions can only be recorded as incident notifications.
