football australia tds matches

The Football Australia Talent ID matches are for players who have been identified as high-performance in the ACT.

FA will identify a particular age group and dates for the TDS event to take place.

The identification process beings with a list of all eligible players in the selected age group, sent to clubs with club technical directors and age group coaches to identify the top 30 players (28 outfield players and 2 goalkeepers) allowing all clubs to have a voice in the recommendation of talented players.

Votes are then compiled from each club, with the players receiving the highest number of votes being invited to take part in the Talent ID match.

Players identified in the match by Football Australia scouts, may be invited to take part in further Talent ID matches in other states.
