Monaro Panthers FC seeking EOI’s for Director of Women’s Football
From Monaro Panthers FC
Monaro Panthers FC is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Director of Women’s Football. This is a full-time football position.
The Director of Women’s Football will be tasked with the recruitment and retention of players, provide mentoring and guidance to our coaches and driving the WPL environment across the year. The Women’s Director will support women’s football across the club in all ages as well as support junior football development.
To ensure this is a sustainable full-time position, the WNPL Director will also work with the full-time Technical Director and part-time Business Manager as a member of staff. All staff have roles within the business arm of the club. The exact nature that this will take will depend upon the skill set that the candidate brings. Skills that can help grow the club in a broad sense are desirable whether they be in administration, business management, teaching degrees or other.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of the FFA B Licence and experience in coaching at the senior level. Ideal start date is late September but the club will negotiate with right candidate as needed. EOI’s close by Sunday 27th August.
