Is someone in your club worthy of the Hall of Fame?
Capital Football CEO Phil Brown reminded all ACT region clubs today that nominations are open for new inductees into the Capital Football Hall of Fame for 2019.
“Induction into the Capital Football Hall of Fame acknowledges an individual’s outstanding proficiency in an aspect of football or futsal,” Brown said.
Players, coaches, referees, administrators, and volunteers affiliated with Capital Football are eligible for nomination from their clubs, committees and individuals.
Nominations should include a list of achievements and supporting statements by representatives of the football community and others who can attest to the nominee’s achievements. The full criteria and process for nomination to the Hall of Fame can be found in Capital Football By-law 8.
Successful nominees will be announced on Friday 4 October at the Annual Awards Night.
