The Kanga Cup has a new Naming Rights partner and will be known as the KEEPUP Kanga Cup following the announcement of the deal that unites Australian Professional Leagues’ (APL) flagship digital platform with the iconic youth international football tournament.
The KEEPUP platform was launched in late 2021 to broaden and enhance the fan experience for fans of football in Australia and New Zealand, connecting A-Leagues fans and supporters of international competitions in one place.
“We are delighted that KEEPUP have come on board as the Naming Rights Partner of the Kanga Cup which will now be known as the KEEPUP Kanga Cup,” Capital Football CEO, Ivan Slavich, commented.
“The KEEPUP website and App provide some of the best football content including the best coverage of the A-Leagues, including our own hometown club, Canberra United
“We are confident that this partnership will help to grow the KEEPUP Kanga Cup and broaden the appeal of what is already one of the largest youth football competitions in the world.”
The KEEPUP website, found at keepup.com.au, brings the global football scene to your front doorstep with news, views, articles, and videos from across the world, showcasing the beautiful game in all its glory to the legions of round-ball fans in Australia.
With a focus on in-depth and exclusive Isuzu UTE A-League Men and Liberty A-League Women content, as well our national teams, Australians across the football planet and insights into the major leagues around the world, KEEPUP seems a natural fit for the Kanga Cup, a competition that is over thirty years old.
“We’re excited to partner with the Kanga Cup to support and celebrate Australia’s youngest footballers. As the Southern Hemisphere’s largest international youth football tournament, the Kanga Cup is a breeding ground for future stars,” Ant Hearne, Chief Commercial Officer for Australian Professional Leagues, said.
“KEEPUP is all about finding the A-Leagues fans, and players, of the future so it is a perfect fit.”
The KEEPUP Kanga Cup takes place in Canberra from 2-7 July 2023 and registrations are open for all clubs now!
