The Goulburn 9th Veterans’ Shield tournament takes place again at the Cookbundoon sporting Fields on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th February 2018.
On behalf of the Goulburn Strikers, in association with Capital Football, we are pleased to invite you to play in this our 9th regional tournament for masters (35 years & over) football teams.
The Vets Shield offers an opportunity for teams to relive former glories and renew traditional rivalries and acquaintances. Invitations are being sent to other teams in the region.
The tournament will commence at 9am Saturday and 9am Sunday and will be broadly in line with Other Tournaments with at least 4 games over the 2 days for each team. The cost will be $400 per team.
Team sheets (see below) should be returned by Saturday 20th January 2018.
Registration fees should also be paid by this date – cheques should be made payable to the Goulburn Veteran Tournament; or payment can be made by electronic funds transfer to Commonwealth Bank – BSB: 06 2545; Account no: 10342035.
If paying by EFT, please identify your team name to help us reconcile payments.
The individual registration and indemnity forms (below) can be given to the organizers on the Saturday of the tournament before the team’s first game. However, if the forms can be provided earlier, it would be appreciated.
