Canberra FC has announced the coaches and trial dates for it’s Under 13 and Under 14 NPL teams.

The Under 13 NPL side will be coached by Thomas Milicevic with Hatef Beigi assisting him. Thomas is currently an NPL first grade player with Canberra FC, while he has been selected as the assistant coach for the U14 ACT boys NYC team. Hatef has been working with the Canberra United Academy in the SAP program the last 2 years and Canberra FC look forward to both of these coaches bringing their knowledge to the 13s NPL program.

The Under 14 NPL side will be coached by Mark Boyd with Jason Markovic assisting him. Mark has been coaching NPL and WPL in Sydney the last few years, while also been consistently selected to coach Metropolitan South grade girls at the NSW Metro state titles. Jason was the 13s NPL coach last season and oversaw a steady improvement with the team. Canberra FC are excited to see how the 14s progress under this coaching team and look forward to the season ahead.

U13 and U14 trials will be held at Deakin Stadium with no charge. A link to a registration form is attached below and Canberra FC ask that you please fill it out before you come to trials so they can gather an idea of numbers. If unable a registration form will be provided on the day.

Under 13 trials will be held in October on the following dates:

Week 1: Friday 13th 5:00pm-6:30pm, Saturday 14th 9:30am-11am

Week 2: Friday 20th 5:00pm-6:30pm, Saturday 21st 9:30am-11am

Week 3: Friday 27th 5:00pm-6:30pm and Saturday 28th 9:30am-11am.

Under 14 trials will be held in October on the following dates:

Week 1: Monday 9th 6pm-7:30pm, Saturday 14th 11am-12:30pm

Week 2: Monday 16th 6pm-7:30pm, Saturday 21st 11am-12:30pm

Week 3: Monday 23rd 6pm-7:30pm, Saturday 28th 11am-12:30pm
