The draw for the Quarter-Finals of the 2019 Women’s Federation Cup took place on Tuesday afternoon at Deakin Stadium with eight sides contesting the competition this year.
It was a straightforward draw with four matchups drawn out, and the first match to be drawn was a rematch of the thrilling 2018 Federation Cup Final between Belconnen United and the Canberra United Academy.
Canberra Olympic were drawn next to face Tuggeranong United as both teams look to rebound from tough starts to the National Premier Leagues Women’s competition, while Woden-Weston were pulled out to host Gungahlin United.
The last match of the quarter-finals will see league leaders Canberra FC face UC Pumas, the only State League side to nominate for the draw.
