For the second in a year, Capital Chemist has joined forces with Capital Football to recognise club volunteers for their contribution to football in the ACT and surrounding region.

Each month, members of the football community can nominate a volunteer who they believe makes an invaluable contribution to football. 

The monthly winner of the Capital Chemist Volunteer of the Month award will be presented with a prize, along with the opportunity to join the Capital Chemist loyalty program. 

Capital Football’s Head of Commercial Megan Salic thanked Capital Chemist for their ongoing support. 

“Volunteers are the backbone of our local football clubs and we wouldn’t succeed without them,” Ms Salic said.

“Every week, more than 5,000 people selflessly volunteer their free time to assist our clubs across all levels of football, and it is important we recognise what they do. 

“I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Capital Chemist for their support of our volunteers by helping Capital Football reward those who work so hard to grow our wonderful sport.”
