Head of Participation
Capital Football is the governing body for football and futsal in the ACT and surrounding region. We are looking for an energetic and organised person to join our team as the Head of Participation. The Head of Participation is a senior management role at Capital Football, sitting on the Executive Committee, and overseeing the Competition, Referee and Game Development departments.
Primary Objective
The Head of Participation will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and develop plans to grow participation. The Head of Participation will be focused on ensuring that participants are provided with a high-quality experience.
The Head of Participation will establish operational frameworks and plans that enable the professional delivery of programs to participants, and that those programs are structured to reflect the needs and requirements of the players, referees, coaches, administrators and volunteers that access them.
The Head of Participation will seek to strengthen and expand the inclusion programs offered in all ability football, female participation, indigenous football and multicultural football.

Digital Services Coordinator
We are looking for an energetic and organised person to join our team as Digital Services Coordinator.
Primary Objective
The Digital Services Coordinator role is a full-time position to oversee and manage the use of digital platforms across Capital Football’s core functions of registration, competitions management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
The Digital Services Coordinator will seek to enhance the organisational efficiency of Capital Football and align our operations with modern digital platforms that deliver greater end user experience.
The Digital Services Coordinator will be the expert on all digital platforms, delivering
training to staff and clubs, and being the point of contact for any related questions from the football community.
The Digital Services Coordinator will drive innovation at Capital Football, identifying online business platforms to make the organisation an exemplar of modern best practice.
