The 2017 Capital Football Charity Shield will be contested by Canberra Olympic and Tigers FC on Saturday March 18th as the Senior season gets underway for another year.
Kicking off at 7pm at Gungahlin Enclosed, the match will mark the first big occasion of the local season, one week before the Women’s National Premier League gets underway and a fortnight before the Playstation 4 National Premier Leagues Capital Football kicks off again.
This year, proceeds from the match will go towards Canteen, the National Support Organisation for young people living with cancer and their families.
Gates will open at 5pm on the day and tickets will be available at the gate.
