Capital Football’s 2019 Female Football Week will take place between the 18th & 24th February, 2019.

The week will feature numerous events including school activations, club activities, a women’s pre-season tournament, and coaching courses for women’s football teams.

Capital Football Game Development Manager Ashleigh Sykes said that this Female Football Week is shaping up to be the best one yet.

“We’re really excited to host our first standalone Female Football Week,” Sykes said.

“We hope it can really bring more women into football, and encourage them to get involved with a club through Winter.”

“Coming straight off the back of the Westfield W-League season including Female Football Round, it will be a really exciting time for women in football.”
