Setting the standard for 2027: Club Changer November workshops
Capital Football is excited to present Setting the standard for 2027: Club Changer November workshops, bringing our affiliated clubs together for two end-of-year sessions, one northside and one southside.
Club Changer is Football Australia’s Club Development Program, delivered by Capital Football to clubs across our region. It supports our clubs to become stronger, more sustainable and more welcoming places for players, coaches, volunteers and officials.
Through practical planning, education and recognition, we work alongside clubs to build inclusive cultures and set them up for long-term success.

In mid-2026, Abigail moved into the role of Participation Coordinator, taking responsibility for the Club Changer program. Since then, she has welcomed many clubs into the program for the first time, and helped others return to active involvement after a long break. Several of these clubs have gone on to earn national recognition through Football Australia’s monthly Club Changer awards.
Abigail’s goal is to bring as many clubs as possible into Club Changer, helping them build sustainable, long-lasting clubs with strong strategies for player retention and progression.
Setting the Standard for 2027: Club Changer November Workshops runs on Monday 23 November (northside) and Wednesday 25 November (southside), 6–7:30pm. Both sessions cover the same content, so choose whichever date suits you.
