Capital Football is proud to announce a new partnership with Mitre, who will become the Official Ball Supplier for Capital Football’s National Premier League (NPL) and Capital Futsal League (CFL) competitions in 2026.
The partnership reflects Capital Football’s commitment to maintaining high standards across its competitions and programs, following consultation and ongoing engagement with clubs across the region. It also delivers practical benefits to the football community, supporting both elite and grassroots participation.
Capital Football Chief Executive Officer Samantha Farrow welcomed the partnership, highlighting the strong alignment between the two organisations. “Partnerships like this are vital to the continued growth and success of football in our region,” Ms Farrow said.
“Working with Mitre allows us to enhance the experience for our clubs and participants, while partnering with an organisation that shares our values and long-term commitment to the game.”
Mitre Director, Sports Group Wholesale Gerrard Woods said the company was proud to support football in the ACT and surrounding regions.
“We are delighted to partner with Capital Football and help build on the strong growth of the game across the region,” Mr Woods said.
“Mitre has a long history in football, and we are committed to ensuring players and clubs have access to the very best equipment, from the A-Leagues through to grassroots football.”
As part of the partnership, Capital Football–affiliated clubs will gain access to discounted footballs, along with a streamlined purchasing and delivery process via an exclusive portal on the Capital Football website.
