WOMEN IN FOOTBALL GALA DAY

Woden Weston Football Club is holding a Women in Football Gala Day on Sunday, 24th March at Melrose Synthetic.

The intention of the event is to shine a light on and celebrate women’s participation in football – from players and coaches, to volunteers, parents and more!

The event will begin at 1pm and continue through the afternoon until approximately 6:30pm.

There will be plenty of activities to suit all attendees including inflatables, sponge throw, a raffle with great prizes, the fire brigade, feature football matches and Junior clinics (6-12 years)!

2019 LIGHTNING TOURNAMENT

Woden-Weston’s annual Lightning Tournament is back again in 2019, running across the weekend of 13th & 14th April!

This pre-season competition is open to teams of all levels from U/8-U/18, and teams from both the A.C.T and interstate are welcome!

In 2019 the tournament will be sponsored by Stellar Canberra, and Woden-Weston will be supported by Woden Valley Soccer Club & Weston Molonglo Football Club.
