There was plenty more action, goals and incidents in Round 4 of the National Premier League Girls competition with the league tables starting to take shape and some eye-opening goalscoring feats along the way.

West Canberra Wanderers shook off a belligerent and stubborn BellaMonaro to claim a 4-2 win at South Jerrabomberra Regional Sporting Complex with goals from Nieve Regent, Emily Gaykema, and Leila Evans adding ti an Ava Cook own goal. Cook netted for both teams, scoring BellaMonaro’s second after Mackenzie Keeley-Byrne had earlier equalised. There were also four goals away from home for Majura FC who managed that scoreline against Gungahlin United at Gungahlin Enclosed to remain unbeaten after four matches, and Aislinn O’Dwyer and Harper Alderson scored for Croatia in a 2-0 away win over Belconnen. At O’Connor Enclosed it was honours even as goals from Sephora Fiori and Alessia Calabro for Canberra Olympic were cancelled out by Evie Hogan and Madeleine Kebblewhite for Tuggeranong United.

In the top-of-the-table clash at Kaleen Enclosed, it was Belconnen United who came out on top with an excellent performance in a 4-1 victory. The teams were all square at the break after Madeline Tuttle had given Croatia the lead, and Amy Sephora levelled, but three goals in fifteen minutes from Talia Wilson, Lily Cummings, and Sofia Kuminek saw the Blue Devils home. Georgia Morton scored two for Majura FC in their 3-1 away win over Gungahlin United, whilst Ava Tran and Selena Tuckwell both scored a hat-trick as West Canberra Wanderers hammered BellaMonaro 13-1 at South Jerrabomberra Regional Sporting Complex. Canberra Olympic also grabbed the points, Alexia Vilano and Amelia Grande netting in their 2-0 win over Tuggeranong United.

Samantha Shea smashed home four goals as Belconnen United recorded a comfortable 7-0 victory over Canberra Croatia at Kaleen Enclosed, Shea scoring twice in each half during the success. Two goals from Siena D’Ambrosio, including a penalty, and a goal from Marley Cannell completed the high-scoring victory. Canberra Olympic hit nine without reply in their big win over Tuggeranong United, Darcy Williams bagging a treble, and Victoria Paragalli two in a comfortable victory, Majura FC were in excellent form as they went away to Gungahlin United and came away with a well-earned 3-1 success, and five players scored hat-tricks for West Canberra Wanderers as they blasted twenty goals without response against BellaMonaro. Anne Hassall, Grace York, Siena Towndrow, Laura Tarrant and Amelie Moss all getting trebles on the day.
