Capital Football will be sending two teams to Sydney this week to take part in a pair of tournaments against the best Talented Sports Programs and A-League Academies in New South Wales.
The two teams, who will represent Capital Football at U14 and U16 level, will converge on Valentine Sports Park, where they will play at least four matches against some of the best that the state has to offer – a daunting challenge, yet one for which the two squads should be well prepared.
Much of the U16 squad have tasted first grade football in 2022 in the local National Premier League competition with many our clubs represented in both age grade squads. The group stages also see the Canberra United Academy squads taking part in what promises to be a real football celebration.
