Match ups for Round 4 of the 2018 FFA Cup Capital Football Preliminary Rounds have been finalised following Thursday’s live draw at Football House.
Round 4 combined the progressing teams from Round 3 including Burns FC and the nine National Premier Leagues clubs, with eight matches to decide the makeup of the quarter finals.
Matches for Round 4 were played through the month of April and the first day of May, and there were close contests across the round.
Canberra’s 2017 representative in the National round Canberra Olympic remain in the competition after a 1-0 win over Tigers FC, and will be joined in the quarter-finals by five other National Premier League sides.
Capital League outfit O’Connor Knights progressed with a thumping 9-0 win over Woden Valley, while in the all-State League matchup it was Gungahlin Juventus that progress with a 4-1 triumph over Burns FC. A date for the quarter-final draw will be confirmed in the coming days.
