Capital Football is pleased to announce a new partnership with Veo Technologies, a global leader in AI-powered sports recording.

The partnership will see Veo become an official partner of Capital Football, with Capital Football performance staff to use Veo’s AI camera technology across all levels of football to help develop coaches, players and referees.

Capital Football CEO Chris Gardiner said the partnership would benefit the entire ACT football community.

“We are delighted to welcome Veo as part of the Capital Football family,” Gardiner said.

“The technology that they provide will enable clubs to benefit from being able to record and playback every match that they play. This in turn will enable them to promote their club both locally and even internationally.”

Capital Football Technical Director Phil Booth said the partnership would provide invaluable assistance to coach and player education.

“The addition of Veo as a partner for Capital Football is a valuable tool for our local clubs,” Booth commented.

“Having the ability to view every game that takes place, and analyse that footage, will certainly help with learning development for both coaches and players.”

Veo ANZ Market Manager Tom Pettigrew said Veo was delighted to work with Capital Football to develop football across the state.
