A cool April day greeted the 47 teams from U8 to U14 boys and girls participating in the largest pre-season tournament within the ACT, the Wanderers Cup.
This annual tournament, played at Melrose and Waramanga, attracted 517 players from across Canberra, the Far South Coast and Southern Tablelands
Age divisions that competed in the 15th edition of the tournament were Open U8/U9, U10, U11 (Cup and Shield), U12 and U13/14, Girls U10/11, U11/12 and U12/U14.
There were plenty of smiles and lots of encouragement and a great day was had by all.
