TRAVEL SANCTION FORM

This form must be completed by clubs and teams intending to travel domestically or internationally to competitions not organised by Capital Football. This form must be submitted to Capital Football for approval prior to departing.

Domestic Travel Requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to departure while International Travel Requests must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to departure.

EVENT SANCTION FORM

This sanction application form is for Tournaments, Summer Competitions, Gala Days, Come & Try Sessions, School Holiday Camps, Events, Fundraising Activities hosted by Capital Football Clubs.

Please note this application form must be submitted to Capital Football for consideration at least 21 days prior to the event commencing.
