National Premier Girls action moved under floodlights in midweek as the competition moved forward to what was nominally recorded as Round 20. As ever, there was plenty to enjoy across the three age groups!
NPL14
There were few goals to be shared around in the Girls NPL14 midweek matches, but two important ones were netted by Majura FC who claimed a top-of-the-table success against Belconnen United, winning the match between two unbeaten sides by 2-0 over at Watson. A single goal was enough for Tuggeranong United to spring a surprise, downing previously unbeaten Canberra Croatia 1-0 at Kambah, Amani Fredin with the 55th minute winner. There were no goals between Gungahlin United and West Canberra Wanderers at Gungahlin Enclosed, while the match between Canberra Olympic and BellaMonaro was postponed.

NPL15
A brace of first-half goals from Bianka Apostoloska within two minutes of each other helped Canberra Croatia to a 3-0 win over Tuggeranong United in the NPL15 competition match at Kambah in midweek. Lily Cummings netted a ninth minute winner for Belconnen United to give them an away win over Majura FC and keep them at the top of the table on goal difference ahead of Croatia. Meanwhile, West Canberra Wanderers stormed Gungahlin Enclosed, claiming a 2-0 away win over Gungahlin United. The match between Canberra Olympic and BellaMonaro was postponed.

NPL17
Danielja Eskinja scored a double for league leaders Belconnen United as they continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 4-1 win over Majura FC meaning that the Blue Devils have now scored an incredible 32 goals in their opening four matches of the season, including the Charity Shield. West Canberra Wanderers also have three wins from three at the top, Amy Mathers scoring twice for them in a 2-0 away win over Gungahlin United, with Wanderers ending the match with ten players, and Canberra Croatia also ended with ten against Tuggeranong United, but by then Croatia had scored four with one in reply, two from Keira Nugent. Darcy Williams was on target five times for Canberra Olympic as they defeated BellaMonaro 13-0, Sofia Pirotta adding two to the scoreboard as Olympic scored nine in the opening forty-five minutes.
