This Mother’s Day, we’re inviting all teams to take part in a special Mother’s Day Mascots initiative as part of Female Football Week.

Before each game, players are encouraged to walk onto the field alongside a mother, grandmother, daughter, or significant female figure. This is a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate the important role women and girls play in our football community—both on and off the pitch.

Whether it’s a mum who never misses a game, a grandmother who’s been there since the first kick, or a daughter just starting her football journey, this initiative is all about bringing families together and showing appreciation.
