The CU Academy represents the Capital Football High Performance Program which, in the absence of a Hyundai A-League team in Canberra, is a key step in aligning with the FFA talented player pathway and Academy structures in other States and Territories.

The structure and function of the Academy therefore conforms to expectations outlined in the FFA national technical strategy. The CU Academy caters for players from the ACT and the surrounding region.

Trials for all Canberra United teams will take place shortly and potential players are asked to complete an online form to register their interest in the forthcoming trials. Canberra United runs SAP (part-time) for U9 to U12 and full-time programs from U13 to U17.
