Becky Rizzo of UC Stars is our Female Club Lime Community Player of the Month for July 2024!

A stalwart of the game in Canberra, Rizzo is a worthy recipient of the award.

“Every team needs a Becky no question.,” stated nominator Vanessa Burdett. “Reliable, tenacious, versatile & determined are just a some of Becky’s qualities. No matter where Becky is asked to play, she never ceases to impress. Bec plays mostly at left back and has the task of marking the oppositions most dangerous attackers.

“Coming up against Bec isn’t an easy feat. A Mum to two beautiful young girls and a role model to anyone who plays alongside her. I can’t think of a more deserving player.”
