The 2018 Women’s Federation Cup Final will take place at McKellar Park this Wednesday, 22nd August.

Belconnen United and the Canberra United Academy will battle it out in a repeat of last season’s big dance, where United prevailed in a strong performance.

This time, they meet while sitting first and second on the NPL Women’s table and this will be the first of three meeting in the next two weeks.

United have been the form team of the league all year, remaining undefeated through 20 matches so far and claiming their eighth Premiership in a row a couple of weeks ago. The Academy are strong challengers though having scored over 90 goals this season, and matches between the two this season have been hotly contested.

Entry at McKellar Park will be with a gold coin donation, with gates open from 6pm.
