THREE CAPITAL FOOTBALL CLUBS EARN 2-STAR CLUB CHANGER ACCREDITATION

Capital Football’s part in the Club Changer program continues to gather pace as the Federation now contains three 2-star accredited clubs and 27 1-star accredited games heading into the commencement of the 2024 season.

MEN’S CHARITY SHIELD: KNIGHTS SLAY CROATIA FOR SHIELD SUCCESS

Goals in each half from Micheal Adams and Aisosa Ihegie gave League Champions O’Connor Knights their first-ever Charity Shield success as they defeated neighbours, and derby rivals, Canberra Croatia, 2-0 at Deakin Stadium.

WOMEN’S CHARITY SHIELD: OLYMPIC WIN THEIR MAIDEN SHIELD

Canberra Olympic secured the Women’s Charity Shield with a late Ella Brown winner guiding them to a narrow 2-1 success over Belconnen United in front of a large crowd at Deakin Stadium.

FUTSAL CHARITY SHIELD LIGHTS UP MPOWERDOME

Players and coaches from the six Capital Futsal League competing teams united for an evening of Futsal entertainment at MPowerdome in Fadden playing the annual Futsal Charity Shield in aid of Capital Football’s chosen Charity, Sock it to Sarcoma.
