Sporting Schools is Australia’s largest school-based sports participation program to help children foster a lifelong interest in sport. Sporting Schools brings together schools and sports to help get children active in their local communities. It is open to all Australian primary schools and it offers a fun and supportive environment for children and coaches.
Football Federation Australia (FFA) – in partnership with Capital Football and Canberra United – is thrilled to offer children across Australia’s school yards quality football experiences via the Sporting Schools program.

The Canberra United Schools Program will be offered in five week blocks (1 – 5 & 6 – 10) to six different schools each term. One coach will deliver fun and engaging football/gross motor activities appropriate to your student’s skill/ability levels one day a week for a five week period. Schools can personalise their clinic to best suit their needs and timetable. This program will be offered on a first come first serve basis and unfortunately schools can only participate in the program once each calendar year. The Canberra United School program is available to all ACT primary schools within school hours. Click here to see an example session and daily schedule.
Clinics are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Canberra United Schools Program is a FREE schools program.
