• Club has a minimum of a valid 1 Star Club Changer status.
• Club has attended a Football Australia ‘Safeguarding for Community Clubs’ Webinar
• Club can supply evidence any of the following:
  – Achievement of objectives outlined in clubs action plan
  – Successful delivery of a new program or initiative
  – Demonstrated improvements or growth in Safeguarding practices within the club
  – Implementation of programs that support volunteer recruitment or retention
  – Embedding changes consistent with the key focus modules
