Capital Football is committed to reviewing the programs we deliver to improve your football experience.

We are seeking your insights and feedback to better understand how we can enhance the competitions, programs, services and ultimately the experience for participants across the ACT and surrounding region. 

Your input will assist Capital Football in identifying the current and future needs of the sport, and will inform the strategic direction from 2020.

When completing the survey you will be asked to identify your primary involvement in football. You can fill the survey in once from that perspective, or multiple times if you participate in more than one way (i.e. player and referee).

The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes, and will include 25 to 40 questions.
