Aapplications are now open for the ACT Government’s Indigenous Sports Grant Program (ISGP).
The ISGP is a grants program for eligible individuals seeking support for their participation in sports and recreation activities.
The primary objective of the ISGP is to make participation opportunities in sport and recreation more accessible to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, particularly those that may be disadvantaged.
The grant is provided up to $200 and can be used to assist with:
- Club registration costs
- Education and training – i.e. Coach/official or first aid courses
- Representative Costs – to play in a competition recognised by either School Sports Australia or FFA
