AKFF South Korea Tour - 2017 Trials

From the AKFF

The Gyeongju U12 International Football Tournament hosts teams from all over the world. Over the years teams from USA, Spain, China, Japan, Madagascar, Thailand, Brazil, Netherlands, Mexico, Argentina, Timor and Venezuala have all attended. This is an invitation only tournament.  AKFF have been fortunate to receive these invitations and as such have been participating since 2011.

Selections for the team to participate in the 2017 tournament will be made via a trial process. Trials will commence in February 2017.  Further information will be available in early 2017.

The tournament is run in an extremely professional manner with Korean Youth Football Association (KYFA) organising all accommodation, meals, transport to and from games and sightseeing tours. Not only is the tour a great football experience for everyone involved but also a cultural one.

Testimonial
The 2016 International Football Tournament in Gyeongju City Korea was a fantastic experience and i was very honoured to be selected as captain.
The coaching staff were great fun and really looked after us.
All the games we played in were professionally run and the great spirit in which all the teams played and socialised together was amazing to be a part of.
We all made some new friends, had lots of laughs, enjoyed every minute and its definitely a time i will cherish and never forget.
Our team was honoured to receive the tournaments ‘Fair Play‘ award , which I proudly excepted on their behalf.
I highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity to go and be part of this tour , to do so, as it's a once in a lifetime experience.
