MiniRoos Football Holiday Clinics hope to build on all participants enjoyment of playing football and love of the game, by providing a fun, safe, presure free environment. We believe the best way to learn football is by playing football. Our qualified coaches are there to guide players through fun football relevent activities and games, which are stimulating and challenging for all involved. Our curriculum is designed to cater to all skill levels. Football fundamentals are refined in game related activities, transferred to functional practices and applied in our daily small sided games. The program is available to boys and girls aged 4 - 11 years and is suitable for all levels of player. Clinics may also feature giveaways and special appearances by Canberra United W-League players.
MiniRoos Football Holiday Clinics offer both half and full day options depending on the time of year. Half day clinics run over four days from 9am - 12pm daily and full day clinics run over two days from 9am - 3pm daily. Clinics are capped at a total of 12 hours so players benefit from their entire experience and aren't worn out or too tired to participate in activities.
Football Festivals focus entirely on games and football competitions. Participants will participate in round robin and dutch fours tournaments throughout the day interspersed with fun competitions such as juggling and shootout/stiking the ball contests. Capital Football will also have their blow up target goal on display for participants to test out their shooting.
Festivals are a one day event which run from 9am - 3pm. Like clinics the festivals are open to girls and boys aged 4 - 11 years.

My children thoroughly enjoyed the clinic. The coaches were great and my daughter found it comforting that there were both male and female coaches. They have done other soccer clinics in the past but have enjoyed this experience the most by far.
My daughter had a great time at the clinic and sid she learnt heaps!
I have two boys who can be hard to please, however they raved about their day each afternoon I picked them up. In particular, they loved all the games they played, said there were no boring bits and were very impressed witht the coaches and their football experience stories/skills.
Thank you so much for organising and facilitating a fantastic football clinic for my son, and his friends. The coaches were outstanding and we would definitely consider it for next school holidays and recommend it to friends.
Just wanted to say the kids, had a great time at the Hawker Holiday program. The coaches were FANTASTIC !
I'd like to thank you and Captal Football for putting on a superb school holiday clinic. After the first morning my boy asked if he could stay all day, and now that it is finished he is already talking about next school holidays. All five coaches that trained the kids were fantastic, they were all very hands on, informative, helpful and very patient. If these young people are to continue junior coaching in Canberra then Capital Football has a very bright future.
